Although we make the greatest effort and lovingly handcraft our chai, we make mistakes (where there is manual labour, there is room for human error). If you are not satisfied with the chai for any reason, we will be happy to replace your package, we don't want to leave you in the world without chai!
We deliver with the Swiss Post and unfortunately, cannot offer free shipping at the moment. The cost is 6.50. For all orders above 75.- we deliver free of charge. So get all your friends together and organise a bulk order!
